Halstead Properties

This was a fun freelance project. The main gist: Design quick email blasts that people won't delete the second they get them. Make them fun and engaging and eye-grabbing but tasteful and in keeping with the branding of the specific building. Oh, and if you could have it done five minutes ago, that'd be great!

For the luxury properties, glamour photography was combined with clean, distinctive hierarchy, and offsetting colors to grab the viewer's attention in a small email. Clean but elegant fonts were used as befits the luxury spaces.

There were other projects to be done as needed—including using Illustrator to create a map of Sunset Park, Park Slope and Boerum Hill.
